How can I track my order?

What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns for damaged or defective media within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Please note that opened entertainment products are generally non-returnable unless faulty.

My vinyl record arrived warped. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but if your record arrives damaged or warped, please contact our support team with photos of the item and packaging to initiate a replacement.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the shipping process begins. Once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
