At Warner Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that personalized merchandise and digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all vinyl records, apparel tags, and media inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
